God Quest Terms of Use
The terms of use or service and everything therein is a binding contract or agreement between you and iBuzzz God Quest, the creators of iBuzzz God Quest and any Admins, Moderators or any other legally sanctioned Representatives of iBuzzz God Quest. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use and acknowledge that these Terms of Use may be changed at any time for any reason at the sole discretion of the iBuzzz God Quest creation team. It is the game players responsibility to check these Terms of Use from time to time to keep abreast of any changes or additions that may have arisen.
The iBuzzz God Quest creators, hereafter referred to as "Owners" reserves the right to refuse, revoke, suspend or delete any player or account without warning and without liability as well as delete, edit or alter any or all content posted by players be it on their character profiles, any iBuzzz God Quest (IGQ) forums or any other place within the God Quest network. This includes pictures, character information and even private messages should they warrant such actions or should a member be reported for inapropriate materials, content or conduct contravening the terms of use. The owners also reserve the right to revoke or delete a members account for any or even no reason or cause at all.

The owners also reserve the right to revoke or delete a members account for any or even no reason or cause at all.
Age of Use/Eligibility
This site is for members of the age 13 years and up. By registering with iBuzzz God Quest you agree and testify that you are of age to play this game. Anyone misrepresenting, falsifying or otherwise incorrectly supplying their age will have their account deleted at once without warning and the Owners will not in any way be responsible, accountable or liable for any actions or repercussions resulting from members supplying an inaccurate informations. The use of IGQ is void where prohibited.
Inapropriate Content or Conduct
The following constitutes a partial list of inappropriate content and/or conduct and activity that violates the terms of use within IGQ. Anyone found or reported for violating any one or more of these listed infractions or any other infractions may have their account suspended or deleted without warning and with the sole and absolute discretion of the owners or their appointed officials or officers.
Some examples of prohibited content or actions include, but are not limited to:
-harassment, intimidation, threatening or "stalking" of players.
-solicitation of a minor or persons under 18 years of age.
-posting a malicious, pornographic, adult content, gambling, offensive, or misleading link in your character profile area or anywhere else in your profile.
-unauthorized commercial activity such as contests, sweepstakes, promos, mass mailing, spamming or any form of unwanted or unrequested solicitation or sales pitches directed at or sent to players of the game.
-forwarding, posting, transmitting or private messaging scams such as chain letters and pyramid schemes as well as "You've won!" and misleading "freebie" offers
-posting, discussing, promoting or transmitting any type of information regarding criminal or nefarious activities such as theft, robbery, child predation, computer hacking, terrorism, firearms or explosives creation or acquisition, illegal drugs creation or acquisition, assault or battery, threats, rape and sexual exploitation.
-posting nudity, copyrighted, violent, graphic or otherwise objectionable images or text to a character profile or IGQ forum.
-tampering, compromising or interfering with IGQ code, servers, networks, content or services including affiliated members codes, servers, networks and services.
-spreading, sharing, uploading or transmitting any viruses, scripts, bots or malware.
-automating programs such as scripts, bots, matrixes, or any other unfair data harvesting programs to use within the IGQ Service or network is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and any players caught using such a device, program or tool will have their player and account deleted at once without notice.
-impersonating any IGQ member or official
-auctioning, selling, trading or transferring your account or any part therein to a third party
-being a nuisance or disruptive in chat rooms, boards or forums and posting irrelevant or nonsensical or intentionally mean, hurtful, slanderous or defamatory comments/posts about a member or group
-posting sensitive and confidential information about yourself or others such as phone numbers, addresses and places of business that could potentially be used to locate or harass yourself or others. IGQ is not responsible, accountable or in any way liable for people who post such information. Anyone found to be doing so in any IGQ public area will be warned or deleted at the sole discretion of IGQ or a representative. People posting such information in a private profile do so at their own risk and once again IGQ is not responsible, accountable or in any way liable for people who post such information.
-any communication or content involving child pornography, pirating, the traffic of obscene materials, fraudulent endeavors or conspiracy to commit any criminal activity

Addendum to these Terms:
-Players within the IGQ game and it's related networks acknowledge no claim or authority over their characters or accounts in said game and agree that these are solely, entirely and unquestionably the property of iBuzzz, IGQ, the owners or their appointed officials or appointed affiliates.
-Players agree that in no circumstance will they maintain multiple accounts, players, characters or character profiles within the IGQ game system or network. There is a delete character option on each player's profile page. Please utilize this first if you wish to play another character within the game.
-ALL players, members or account holders acknowledge that due to bandwidth limitations and/or bandwidth costs, any dormant accounts of as little as 2 weeks are subject to deletion without warning in order to free up space for active, eager to register or participating members to the game. Anyone abandoning an account for a time determined or deemed as unacceptable to the owners agrees to such deletion and holds no accountability or liability to the owners or their appointed officials in any way. Anyone wishing to leave the game for any extended period of time needs to contact an IGQ official with a reasonable AND acceptable explanation for such a leave of absence or risks losing their account. You've been warned!
-Players of IGQ should be respectful and courteous to game officials at all time as they will extend the same courtesy to you. Abusive, offensive or otherwise aggressive behavior or contact towards IGQ owners, admins, mods or standing representatives will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form and could very well result in account deletion.
-Unauthorized access to an account, compromising of an account, hacking an account or any other form of securing an account that does not belong to you is in direct violation of the IGQ game rules and will be grounds for immediate account deletion of YOUR account should you be found to have perpetrated such an act.
-Players are freely able to PM (Private Message) other players within the game, HOWEVER.....common sense must be used while doing so. At no point should players send offensive PM's or threaten, abuse, stalk or provoke other players within the game. Anyone reported for such infractions is subject to ban or deletion.
-Please follow and adhere to all these rules and guidelines and everyone will have a much more rich and enjoyable experience while playing iBuzzz God Quest and good luck on your quest to the ultimate greatness....Omnipotence!
